Accessibility

Accessible Seating

Wheelchair seating (reserved for those persons who use wheelchairs, or are unable to use stairs, and their companions) is available for all events in most price ranges. Persons requiring ADA seating due to a disability should inform the box office when purchasing tickets. Ticket agents are available for information or additional assistance at 704-687-4949 during normal business hours.

Each person must possess a reserved ticket for each seat location. Tickets for ADA locations can be purchased in advance. Those with needs on game day may exchange their ticket for accessible seating at the Charlotte 49ers Ticket Office located outside the east end of the Main Concourse.

Low vision seating is available upon request. Guests who require a sign language interpreter must notify the Ticket Office no later than two weeks prior to the event.

ADA Parking

For easy pick-up and drop-off, patrons may use the SAC HC parking lot adjacent to Halton Arena on the West end of the Main Concourse. ADA accessible parking is also available in the West Deck and in the Cone Deck. Click here for a map.

Assisted Listening Devices & Closed Captioning

Halton Arena is equipped with an FM Assistive Listening System for the hearing impaired. Free headsets are available at Guest Services in the Food Court on a first-come, first-served basis. Driver’s license required. Closed Captioning services can be provided upon request.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted in Halton Arena.
